The best highlights for your hair part

Centre parts:

Go for symmetry by adding the same number of foils to either side of your part. But to keep it looking natural, without the tiger-stripes, stagger them so they aren’t directly across from one another. Keep the highlights thin for a more blended result.

Side parts:

Add more highlights to the side of your part with more hair, and concentrate those highlights around your face. Again, keep them thin and scattered.

No part:

If you have wavy or curly hair and don’t tend to part your hair anywhere in particular, spread your highlights around your face and backwards towards your crown. When applying the foils, comb your hair away from your face. Increase the thickness of your streaks or they will disappear among the intertwining strands of curly hair.

This highlighting style also work for those who wear their hair pulled back most of the time. But unless your hair is thick and curly, keep the foils thin.
